2. Collection and processing of your data

This site itself does not collect or store any personal data. The only way any data can reach us at all is the survey (Google Forms) linked under "Get involved" - and only if you voluntarily fill it in and provide your email address there (see section 5).

To the extent personal data is processed, you have the right, at any time, to request information about the data stored by us or on our behalf, its origin, its recipients, and the purpose of its processing (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as, where applicable, a right to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing (Art. 21). Any consent given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

3. Hosting and server log files

This site is hosted by Host Europe GmbH, Hansestraße 111, 51149 Cologne, Germany. The servers are located exclusively in German data centers (Cologne) - German and European data protection law applies without restriction. Host Europe's information security management system is certified to ISO 27001 (externally audited by TÜV SÜD); a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is also in place with Host Europe.

When you access the site, the server automatically collects so-called server log files transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, referrer URL, browser type, and operating system. This data is used for the technical operation and security of the site (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.

4. No cookies, no tracking

This site itself does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. The only third-party data processing occurs where you actively trigger it - by filling in the survey, or by clicking an external link (see below).

5. Survey (Google Forms)

Under "Get involved" we link to surveys hosted on Google Forms. These are not embedded in our site - they open as an external Google page in a new tab. Only once you fill something in there does Google process the data on our behalf; Google's privacy policy applies (see above).

6. Other external links

We also link to our Discord server, as well as to Instagram and Bluesky. These, too, are plain links - they only become active once you click them and visit the respective platform. Their own privacy terms then apply: Discord, Instagram, Bluesky.

7. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy will be updated as soon as the services used on this site change. The version published here at any given time applies.
