I'm gathering ideas, studying existing platforms, spreading the word, and getting first reactions, before any of this turns into a concrete plan.
Concept, research & drumroll
CurrentI have plenty of ideas and I'm researching a lot right now: what do existing platforms get right, what do they get wrong? What do artists actually need? At the same time, I'm already talking to artists and hearing directly from them where it hurts - and I'm actively looking for more of those conversations. That's what this "Drumroll" phase is for - making the idea behind Conflavo known through this site and social media, and seeing whether it lands with the people I want to build it for. Planning & prototype
Starting soonThe ideas turn into a concrete plan: which features get built first (the MVP), which come later - and when. In parallel, I turn the ideas into a technical prototype and test whether they actually hold up in the real experience. Ideally with feedback from artists along the way.
Build the platform, iteratively
PendingThe MVP gets built and tested in beta with real users. From there it's iterative: new features and areas get added step by step, and existing ones get improved based on real user feedback - instead of locking everything in upfront.
